     FURTHER, AMEND on line 2478 by inserting the word "direct" after the word "expend"

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 2478 after the period by inserting the following words:

However, nothing herein shall prohibit the court from receiving funds through grants from other state agencies and expending said funds.
