1 AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 4471

2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 4471, AS AMENDED,

3 by replacing paragraph (11) of subsection (a) of Section 20

4 with the following:

5 "(11) Qualified law enforcement officers and qualified

6 retired law enforcement officers, as defined in the Law

7 Enforcement Officers Safety Act of 2004 (18 U.S.C. 926B

8 and 926C), and as recognized under Illinois law."; and

9 by deleting Section 90.
