2 AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 3078, AS AMENDED,

3 with reference to page and line numbers of House Amendment No.

4 1, on page 18, by replacing lines 2 through 4 with "State's

5 Attorney's office, or a county coroner's office upon written

6 request. Unredacted investigative reports, as well as raw

7 data, may be shared with the Department of Financial and

8 Professional Regulation when there is a substantiated finding

9 against a person licensed by the Department of Financial and

10 Professional Regulation who is within the Office of the

11 Inspector General's jurisdiction, upon written request. If,

12 during its investigation, the Office of the Inspector General

13 found credible evidence of neglect by a person licensed by the

14 Department of Financial and Professional Regulation who is not

15 within the Office's jurisdiction, the Office may provide an

16 unfounded or unsubstantiated investigative report or death

17 report, as well as raw data, with the Department of Financial

18 and Professional Regulation, upon written request.".
