4 4, as follows:

5 on page 242, immediately below line 2, by inserting the

6 following:

7 "(20.8) If gambling operations are authorized within

8 the City of Chicago, to retain the Chicago Police

9 Department as security personnel and to conduct

10 investigations, searches and seizures, arrests, and other

11 duties imposed under this Act.".
