       Senator Bernard moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (843850) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete line 1651
    5  and insert:
    6  eligibility beginning July 1, 2025. A student in grade 9 in this
    7  state as of the effective date of this act shall remain eligible
    8  for a fee waiver under s. 1009.26(12), Florida Statutes, for a
    9  maximum of 4 years after the student’s high school graduation.
