       Senator Pizzo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 804 - 825
    4  and insert:
    5         8. Any meeting of the Legislature or a committee thereof;
    6         8.9. Any school, college, or professional athletic event
    7  not related to firearms;
    8         9.10. Any elementary or secondary school facility or
    9  administration building;
   10         10.11. Any career center;
   11         11.12. Any portion of an establishment licensed to dispense
   12  alcoholic beverages for consumption on the premises, which
   13  portion of the establishment is primarily devoted to such
   14  purpose;
   15         12.13. Any college or university facility unless the
   16  licensee is a registered student, employee, or faculty member of
   17  such college or university and the weapon is a stun gun or
   18  nonlethal electric weapon or device designed solely for
   19  defensive purposes and the weapon does not fire a dart or
   20  projectile;
   21         13.14. The inside of the passenger terminal and sterile
   22  area of any airport, provided that no person shall be prohibited
   23  from carrying any legal firearm into the terminal, which firearm
   24  is encased for shipment for purposes of checking such firearm as
   25  baggage to be lawfully transported on any aircraft; or
   26         14.15. Any place where the carrying of firearms is
   27  prohibited by federal law.

   32  and insert:
   33         concealed weapon or concealed firearm; removing the
   34         prohibition of carrying specified weapons into
   35         meetings of the Legislature or a committee thereof;
