Title: Firearms, loaded; carrying in public areas prohibited in the Commonwealth, penalty

Description: Carrying loaded firearms in public areas prohibited in the Commonwealth; penalty. Extends the prohibition in certain localities on carrying loaded firearms, described in the bill, in public areas and makes it a Class 1 misdemeanor to carry such firearms in public areas in the Commonwealth. The bill also contains technical amendments.
