Title: Firearms; purchase, possession, or transportation by persons younger than 21 years of age, penalty.

Description: Purchase, possession, or transportation of certain firearms by persons younger than 21 years of age; penalty. Prohibits persons younger than 21 years of age from purchasing, possessing, or transporting handguns or assault firearms anywhere in the Commonwealth. Current law prohibits persons younger than 18 years of age from possessing or transporting handguns or assault firearms.
