Description: Relating To Voting Provisions Applicable To All Elections, To Provide That When A Person Presents Himself To Vote, He May Produce A Valid And Current South Carolina Concealed Weapon Permit Pursuant To Section 23-31-215; To Amend Section 23-31-215(c) Of The 1976 Code, Relating To Issuance Of Concealed Weapon Permits, To Provide That In Addition To Issuance Of A Concealed Weapon Permit, Sled Shall Also Provide The Applicant Information Regarding Voter Registration And A Voter Registration Form.
