Description: Creates a tax credit for 50% of the cost of a qualified gun safe/vault/cabinet, not to exceed $5,000 even if purchased prior to effective date of the tax credit; exempts the devices from the sales tax; all provisions expire/sunset 2 yrs. after passage.
