Description: To amend section 2923.125 of the Revised Code and to amend Section 11 of H.B. 197 of the 133rd General Assembly to extend valid concealed handgun licenses until December 31, 2021, and to permit Ohio residents to apply for or renew concealed handgun licenses in any county.
