Description: AN ACT to create and enact a new section to chapter 14-07.1 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the establishment of a domestic violence court pilot project; and to amend and reenact section 12-60-23, subsection 9 of section 12.1-31.2-01, subsections 1 and 3 of section 12.1-31.2-02, section 14-07.1-02, and subsections 4 and 5 of section 14-07.1-03 of the North Dakota Century Code, relating to the issuance, transmittal, and registry of protection orders and orders prohibiting contact.
