Description: An Act To Amend Section 45-9-101, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That The Department Of Public Safety Shall Not Charge An Initial Or Renewal License Fee For A Concealed Carry Permit, Including Any Charges For Fingerprint Processing, But To Retain Replacement Fees For A Lost Or Destroyed License; And For Related Purposes.
