Description: An Act To Amend Section 97-37-7, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize Emergency Medical Technicians To Carry Firearms While Actually Engaged In The Performance Of Their Duties As Emergency Medical Technicians; To Amend Section 41-59-5, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The State Board Of Health To Create Rules And Regulations That Authorize Emergency Medical Technicians To Carry Firearms While Actually Engaged In The Performance Of Their Duties As Such; And For Related Purposes.
