Description: Requiring the Secretary of State Police to approve a certain training course and offer a certain exam for certain individuals licensed as, applying to be licensed as, or employed by, a State-regulated firearms dealer; requiring certain individuals to complete training and satisfactorily pass a certain exam described in the Act; requiring the Secretary to disapprove an application for a dealer's license under certain circumstances; etc.
