Title: A JOINT RESOLUTION directing the establishment of the Gun Violence Prevention Task Force.

Description: Direct the Legislative Research Commission to establish the Gun Violence Prevention Task Force to study the causes of and examine ways to prevent gun violence; establish task force membership; require the task force to meet at least once per month during the 2025 Interim; require the task force to submit its findings and recommendations to the Legislative Research Commission by December 1, 2025.
