Legislation Overview
Title: CONCEALED CARRY-FL LICENSE
Description: Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act. Provides that a valid license to carry a concealed weapon or firearm issued to a resident of this State by the State of Florida shall permit the licensee to carry a loaded or unloaded concealed firearm, fully concealed or partially concealed, on or about his or her person; and keep or carry a loaded or unloaded concealed firearm on or about his or her person within a vehicle. Provides that a resident of this State possessing a valid license to carry a concealed weapon or firearm issued by the State of Florida may carry a loaded or unloaded concealed firearm in Illinois in accordance with the State of Florida's restrictions.
