Title: CRIM CD-FIREARM-CARRY IN COURT
Description: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Under certain circumstances, permits a retired law enforcement officer, Attorney General, Assistant Attorney General if authorized by the Attorney General, State's Attorney, assistant State's Attorney if authorized by the State's Attorney, State court judge, or retired State court judge to carry a firearm into any building designated for matters before a Circuit Court, Appellate Court, or the Supreme Court, or any building or portion of a building under the control of the Supreme Court.
