Title: CONCEALED CARRY-IMMUNITY
Description: Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act. Provides that a person that does not prohibit a licensee from carrying a concealed firearm on property that the person owns or occupies is immune from any civil or criminal liability, or both, arising from that person's decision. Provides that an employer that does not prohibit one or more employees who are licensees from carrying a concealed firearm in the course of the licensee's employment is immune from any civil or criminal liability, or both, arising from the employer's decision.
