Title: PROCUREMENT-FIREARMS

Description: Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Requires bidders who submit a bid to a State agency for a contract to supply the State agency with firearms, ammunition, or firearm accessories and contractors who are awarded those contracts to make certain certifications and provide the State agency with certain information. Effective immediately.
