Title: CONCEALED CARRY RENEWAL
Description: Amends the Firearm Concealed Carry Act. Provides that if a concealed carry license expires the license shall remain in effect for a period of 6 months after its expiration date. Provides that a license shall not be revoked during that 6-month period for failure to renew the license or for failure of the Illinois State Police to act upon the license renewal application within that period.
