Description: Creates Urban Core Gun Violence Task Force; specifies duties & powers of task force; authorizes task force to seek assistance from state agencies; provides for access to certain information & records; requires reports; creates Florida Firearm Violence Reduction Pilot Program; provides program eligibility & application requirements; authorizes FDLE to provide grants to specified number of counties to implement pilot program, subject to appropriation; requires FDLE to evaluate effectiveness & submit annual report; provides funding requirements; requires each county participating in pilot program to appoint steering committee to implement an evidence-based firearm violence reduction model & to submit annual report; provides for program expiration.
