Title: An Act Requiring A Study Of Background Check Errors.
Description: To require the Special Licensing and Firearms Unit of the Department of Emergency Services and Public Protection to study and report on errors in the background check process and prevent issuing firearms permits in the future to individuals who have a conviction that disqualifies such person from holding such permit.
