Title: An Act Concerning Legal Liability For The Owner Of A Firearm Whose Firearm Is Used In The Commission Of A Felony Or Misdemeanor.

Description: To provide that a civil action may be brought against a gun owner whose firearm is used in the commission of a misdemeanor or felony and that a prevailing plaintiff in such action shall be entitled to damages, costs and attorney's fees.
