HB5935 would strengthen the lawful transport of firearms act by clarifying who may transport, what they may transport, stops they can make and would make any state or local official that attempts to charge a person for transporting as described civilly liable for damages and 'such other relief the court deems appropriate'HB5949 would allow ATF to retain transfer records as long as it takes to verify a transfer is legal
