HB40 would expand the reasons for a person to be prohibited from owning firearms HB310 would nullify any new federal firearm laws, taxes etc HB52 would allow licensed concealed carry on public transportation HJR16 is a state constitutional amendment to strengthen then right to bear arms HB128 would require ammunition sellers to check identification to verify a buyers age HB105 would make it illegal to transport or store a loaded, concealed firearm in a motor vehicle and outside of a locked container or locked trunk. HB523 would literally create a registry of firearm owners and all firearms they own HB374 would make the purchase of gun safety devices tax deductable HB340 would require the state police to create and maintain a web page where the public can search serial numbers to see if the firearm was reported as stolen HB359 would remove the prohibition on carrying firearms in houses of worship HB358 would prohibit the state and all municipal governments, and law enforcement from involvement in an firearm buyback program HB487 would allow anyone with a ccarry permit to carry only public transportation HB473 would make anyone subject to a protective order a prohibited person HB436 would outlaw magazines that hold more than 10 rounds HB435 would outlaw magazines that hold more than 10 rounds HB41 would repeal state preemption of firearm laws HB212 would specify that lawful owners of firearms may store them in locked vehicles HB85 would create the "Second Amendment Preservation Act" which would make any unconstitutional federal firearm laws unenforceable in the state HB86 would add more places where a carrying a concealed firearm would be illegal HB68 would prohibit employers from terminating a worker just for having a firearm in their vehicle |
