HB1637 would create the 'Second Amendment Preservation Act' which would declare all unconstitutional firearm laws null and void within the state

HB1535 would make it a crime to carry into a public library

SB588 would create the 'Second Amendment Preservation Act' which would declare all unconstitutional firearm laws null and void within the state

SB543 would create firearm restraining orders

SB700 would allow for the carrying of firearms, with a permit, on public transportation

HB1630 would drop the age to get a concealed carry license to 18

HB1453 would increase penalties for committing a crime with a firearm

HB1496 would make anyone on the terrorist watch list a prohibited person

HB1567 would prohibit the termination of an employee based upon them having firearm in their vehicle

HB1576 would require stolen firearms to be reported to law enforcement within 72 hours of the discovery of the theft

HB1638 would dramatically increase the numbers of places where carrying firearms is illegal

HB1646 would literally create a firearm owner database

HB1676 would require all firearm and ammunition sales to go through a licensed dealer

HB1267 would make it a crime to transport a concealed firearm that isn't in direct control of a person and isn't locked up

HB1529 is a universal background check bill

HB1457 would require any business that prohibits carrying weapons to be responsible for their clients safety

HB1533 is an 'assault weapon' and high capacity magazine ban bill

HB1391 would require parents with children to keep their firearms locked up

SB663 would dramatically increase the list of places where carrying a firearm is prohibited

SB697 would make anyone convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence a prohibited person

HB1295 would require school students that are not exempted to take a hunter safety course

HB1261 would eliminate state preemption of firearm laws

HB1599 would make it a felony to carry a firearm in within St. Louis city limits

HB1722 would allow carrying firearms on public transportation

HB1829 would create extreme risk protection orders

HB1832 would create a commission to study gun violence

HB1833 would prohibit any under 21 from buying an 'assault weapon'

HB1857 would create extreme risk protection orders

HB1901 would clarify that legally carrying a concealed firearm on public transportation is not prohibited

SB799 is a universal background check bill

HB1856 would reguire all ammunition be sold by federally licensed dealers with limited exceptions

HJR84 is s resolution to change the state constitution to make firearms and ammunition sales tax free

HB1824 would require anyone that has a firearm lost or stolen to report it within 72 of discovery of the loss

HJR91 calls for a amendment to the state constitution to require background checks for all firearm sales

HB2099 would specify that all lawful owners of firearms may transport and store them in privately owned vehicles

HB1993 would require the state police to create and maintain a publicly searchable database for stolen firearms that lists the make, model and serial number

HB2056 would clarfies where firearms may not be carried but it also has an exemption for licensed carrying in these places and sets up stricter preemption over local gun laws

HCR70 is a resolution asking congress to repeal the firearm owners protection act

HB2118 would allow honorably discharged vets to forgo training requirements for carry permits

HB2134 would create extreme risk protection orders

HB2135 is a universal background check bill

HB2231 would require anyone that loses of has a firearm stolen to report it within 72 hours

HB2269 would create a civil penalty for anyone that owns a magazine that holds more than 10 rounds of $100 per magazine

HB2227 would make it illegal for anyone under 19, (18 if military) to possess a handgun with no exceptions

HB2270 would prohibit businesses from selling or manufacturing magazines that can hold more than 10 rounds. Penalties for selling them include a $100 per magazine fine and directing the local government to revoke their business license

HB37 would make anyone that is under a protection order prohibited from owning firearms (they already are)

HB55 would shut down private firearm and ammunition sales and require anyone selling ammunition to get a license

HB45 would require all firearms to be either locked up or locked with a trigger guard in any home where anyone under 18 lives

HB51 would allow concealed carry on publicly funded transportation
