HB162 would outlaw bump stocks and trigger cranks

HB210 is a 'universal background check' bill

HB235 would require anyone who has a firearm stolen to report the loss within 72 hours

HB258 would severely limit where a person can carry a concealed firearm

HB302 would decriminalize the use of a suppressor when the person using it has a written medical certificate stating the person has significant hearing loss and the suppressor would prevent further damage

HB82 would prohibit any employer or landlord from prohibiting the legal storage or transport of a firearm

HB87 would make it illegal to give a firearm to anyone on the terrorist watch list or who is a member of a terrorist organization

HB90 would finance a study on gun violence with taxpayer money

HB97 would outlaw the sale of 'assault weapons' to anyone under 21 years old

HB545 would create extreme risk protection orders

SB163 would require all firearm sales and transfers to go through a gun dealer and a background check

SB23 would create firearm restraining orders

SB39 would allow carrying firearms on public transportation and on property owned by public transportation companies.

SB40 would require firearms to be securely stored when there are children in the house

SB42 would create extreme risk protection orders very similar to California law

SB75 would allow the governing body of any county, city, town, or village to create local laws requiring anyone that is carrying a concealed firearm to have a concealed carry license, overriding the states constitutional carry law

SB94 would add more disqualifying offenses for firearm prohibitions including misdemeanor domestic assault

HJR21 proposes a constitutional amendment to require all firearm sales to go through a background check and to require a permit to carry concealed

SB217 would create a 72 hour waiting period for handgun sales

HB1008 would outlaw firing a gun within or ''into'' a municipality

HB995 would require firearms to be locked up if a person knows or reasonably knows a minor child could access them

HB1039 would limit the federal government''s power over firearms within the state

HB1052 would require every resident over 21 and not otherwise prohibited to own at least one handgun

HB1108 would require every person between the ages of 18 and 35 in the state to own at least one AR-15

HB1123 would allow students to possessing a firearm at school-sanctioned weapon related events and gun safety courses

HB1145 would require all firearm sales to go through a licensed dealer and the dealer shall be required to issue a sales certificate for each firearm sold. The person must then have that certificate with them whenever they are carrying or transporting any firearms. The bill would also require all dealers to keep a copy of these certificates for 20 years. The bill would also make gun owners liable for any damage their firearm cause and would require all firearm owners to carry liability insurance. It would also require lost and stolen firearms to be reported.

HB1179 would create a firearm registry

HB1215 would require the state police to maintain a website where the public can determine if a firearm is stolen

HB572 would require public schools to provide hunter and firearm safety course

HB18 would require gun dealers to verify the age of anyone buying a firearm, ammunition, or a firearm accessory

HB24 is an 'assault weapon' and high capacity magazine ban bill

HB26 would literally outlaw the ownership of magazines that can hold more than 10 rounds with no grandfather clause

HB28 would create a mandatory firearm registry

HCR1 is a resolution asking congress to repeal the firearm manufacturers protection act

HJR1 is a resolution calling for changes to the state constitution to require universal background checks on all firearm sales and to repeal constitutional carry

HB23 is a universal background check bill

HB14 would make it illegal to conceal carry in a public library

HB19 would create extreme risk protection orders and gun seizure warrants

HB20 would make anyone on the terrorist watch list' or anyone that is associated with any group, whether organized or not, that participates in terrorist activities

HB25 would fine gun businesses that sell any magazine that can hold more then 10 rounds $100 per magazine sold

HB11 is a universal background check bill and a firearm registry bill. Not only would all sales have to go through a gun dealer but within a year of taking effect every gun owner would be required to get a certificate for each gun they own

HB2 would raise the age to buy an 'assault weapon' to 21

HB7 would require all ammunition sales to go through a licensed dealer

HB9 would repeal state preemption of local firearm laws

HB6 would make it a crime to store a firearm where a child may access it

HB5 would create extreme risk protection orders

HB3 would create extreme risk protection orders

HB4 would use taxpayer money to do a study on gun violence

HB10 would require any firearm other than a carry gun that is transported in a vehicle to be broken down and stored in a locked box or the trunk
