HB505 would rewrite self defense laws and would include a required duty to retreat SB245 would prohibit public officers from enforcing unconstitutional federal firearm laws SB229 would further ban handguns on property owned or leased by schools SB214 would prohibit restrictions on firearms, ammunition and related businesses during a declared emergency SB268 would invalidate any federal firearm laws that are unconstitutional SB259 would prohibit local governments from regulating the discharge of firearms on property that is more than 10 acres and would require local governments to auction off seized firearms at least once per year SB254 would remove the duty to retreat before using force but specifically state a person can be held civilly liable SB244 would make anyone convicted of a misdemeanor crime of 'family violence' a prohibited person HB640 has various pro-gun sections such as allowing carrying in houses of worship, prohibit any databases of firearm owners, make business owners that allow concealed carry on their property immune from civil liability and much more |
