AB415 would require gun dealers to lock up their firearms when the business isn't open AB416 would require anyone that owns a firearm and lives with a prohibited person to keep it locked up. SB376 would make anyone convicted of a misdemeanor crime of domestic violence a prohibited person AB418 would require gun dealers to provide a lockable container or trigger lock for each gun sold or face a $500 fine AB417 would require all firearms be locked up if there is anyone under 18 living in the home AB419 would require any stolen firearm to be reported within 24 hours of discovering the theft |
