SB172 would exempt honorably discharged vets from the fee for a concealed carry permit HB4038 would prohibit county airports from making rules that restrict firearms in public areas SB15 would remove local governments ability to restrict carrying firearms during temporary events HB2143 would exempt firearms made and kept within the state from new federal laws SB46 would permit anyone over 16 that is not prohibited to carry pepper spray on the state complex SJR3 would expand preemption of firearms laws by local governments by amending the state constitution HB2221 would reduce the cost of a carry permit to $25 HB2672 would waive the fee for a carry license for honorably discharged vets HB2031 would allow people with carry permits to carry on the state capitol complex HB2170 reaffirms the right to bear arms and lays out penalties for anyone attempting to enforce an unconstitutional law HB4024 would remove the requirement to have a concealed carry permit for those under 21 to store a firearm in their vehicle on school property HB4057 would make the creator, administrator and/or property owner of any gun-free zone liable to any person who suffers an injury due to violence upon their person in that area SB8 would waive the fee for concealed carry permits for honorably discharged vets HB2519 clarifies that restrictions on carrying firearm on campuses do not apply to those with carry licenses HB4076 would remove the requirement to have a concealed carry permit to carry concealed in a vehicle SB96 would expand preemption of weapons laws by local governments |

HB4168 would make federal firearm laws that are deemed unconstitutional null and void and would prohibit state employees from helping enforce them HCR8 is not a firearm bill but we just had to keep it. It invites counties from Virginia to become WV counties HB4139 would exempt firearms made and kept within the state from federal regulation of semi-automatic firearms, magazines and federal registration of firearms |

SB482 would eliminate the need for a carry permit to store a firearm in a vehicle on school property for anyone over 21 HB4349 would exempt 'small arms' and 'small arm ammunition' from state sales tax SB483 would eliminate the restriction for carrying firearms on the state capitol complex (but not into buildings) SB477 would prohibit county airports from regulating firearms in non-secure areas |
